Context
The evening began with warm welcome remarks by Tahmid Khan, setting the tone for community and connection. Ustaz Khairuddin Khudri highlighted KPJ Tawakkal’s long-standing commitment to serving international patients and students, emphasizing Malaysia as a land of opportunity. Asif Kabir showcased how Dotlines harnesses technology to empower migrant workers and address systemic barriers.
A dynamic panel discussion followed, where Asif Kabir, Mohd Hilmi, and Mohammed Haque shared insights on pathways from education to career, entrepreneurial opportunities, and the creative economy in Malaysia. The dialogue touched on the value of skills over degrees, adaptability of international students, and the importance of mentorship and peer networks.
Quazi Amira Farzin closed the event with inspiring remarks about BacharLorai’s expansion into Kuala Lumpur and the exciting opportunities ahead, officially launching the networking session.
Attendees then engaged in lively discussions, explored internships and collaboration opportunities, and built lasting connections reinforcing BacharLorai’s mission to empower Bangladeshi and international communities in Malaysia and beyond.
