How This Fund Works
When disaster strikes, your neighbours, friends, and families become the first responders. And they deserve faster, stronger support. Our Disaster Resiliency Fund is a community-led movement built to deploy rapid relief and grow long-term resilience in Bangladesh’s most vulnerable regions.
We teamed up with Bangladeshi youth and student groups across top universities to power this mission, uniting a new generation of innovators who are ready to build resilience where it’s needed most.

Climate Resilience: The Dhaka Heatwave (2025)
As temperatures in Dhaka reached record highs, the "Hydration Drive 2025" became a literal lifeline. Extreme heat disproportionately affects those without reliable access to utilities, making safe water a matter of survival.
This year alone, we have provided:
Safe Hydration: Access to clean, safe drinking water for 1,450 people through our Water ATM Booths and mobile hydration stations.
Community Health: Reducing the risk of heatstroke and dehydration-related illnesses in high-density urban areas.
Rapid Response: The Korail Fire
In the aftermath of the devastating fire in the Korail community, we mobilized immediately to provide shelter and security to families who lost everything. We focused on dignity and protection during the first critical nights of displacement.
To date, we have supported 300 individuals with:
Warmth: High-quality blankets to protect against the cold.
Shelter: Waterproof tarps to provide a temporary, dry roof over their heads.
Health: Mosquito nets to prevent the spread of disease in temporary living conditions
